REFINE THAT GOLD NOW!

:
God designed the world and all the beautiful things in it but somehow there are so many things God didn’t have to do for us, not just to keep us busy in finding them but because He demands responsibility from us so that we can manage what He has given to us. He said to man “take charge of all I have made.” (Genesis 1:28-31) God handed over to man the beautiful things He had made and in perfect condition but man decides what to make out of it. God created the diamonds, the precious stones, the crude oils, the golds and all other mineral resources but He didn’t place them on the surface of the earth, He placed them where it can only be sought for before it can be found. He made gold, He didn’t refine them, He ever made jewelries and He didn’t even make gold very adorable! They mostly appear unattractive but it is men who decide to make out what they want out of it.
:
It took men who thought out of the box to start finding those extraordinary resources and start making the best of it! God never instructed golds should be used in making jewelries, while some made idols out of it, others made ornaments. In fact, the cups in the temple of Jerusalem was also made of same gold! While God is responsible for making those resources available, it is only man who is responsible for shaping it into what he wants. Whether for good or for bad, it is man who decides to put it into shape.
:
The crude oil we find deep inside the earth were all formed by what God has made but it doesn’t come refined! It took people time to research and experiment things before they could get kerosine, petrol, diesel, vaseline and the rest out of same source! God didn’t make it happen, men were only functioning with ideas God has already released on earth!
:
There are oceans, seas, streams and rivers all over the earth but being open to the air, it has always been open to infections! Years ago many people have considered these places the only source for edible water but it took time for men to come up with more better solutions in treating water and making it more perfect for consumption! I will always say it, there are things God never expect us to pray for! He designed this world and everything in it and also gave us the ideas to start making out what we want out of those things!
:
God made the trees, the animals and other stuffs but out of these things God has made, men have made clothes, houses, electronics and so many things! These things didn’t come by prayers, it came by being proactive, by leaving comfort zones, thinking out of the box and trying out a lot of things! Unfortunately, some of these things were not even discovered by prayer warriors, it was discovered by ordinary men.
:
Now, I have not said prayer isn’t important but we have to know what exactly God wants us to pray about! Prayer should be a moment of communicating with God in the Spirit, a moment of settling issues spiritually, a moment of putting certain things in place in the Spirit. Many people pray about marriage but they don’t open their eyes to find their spouse, they pray about visa to travel but they don’t work or have resources to make it happen, they pray about money but they don’t even have any thing they are doing… They just pray more but do less! This is why we find people pray and pray but nothing happens because God has already released ideas and they only have to search within them and start pouring out what God has deposited in them! What you do will always serve as a channel through which God’s blessings will flow. (Psalm 90:17)
:
Faith without work is not faith! Believing that God will give you money without doing something through which you will receive what is already in place will still leave you in abject poverty! Sometimes when we talk like this church folks think we are backslidden, that we are becoming more concerned about material things, that we are discouraging people from praying and all that! Yet, they spend 90% of their prayer time asking God for money, visa, health and lots more of things. They keep going from one deliverance ministry to another, from one conference to another not in search of truth or spiritual growth but because they feel maybe one day God will consider all the times they have spent in Church and decide to bless them.
:
What we don’t know is that God has already blessed us, there is nothing remaining God hasn’t blessed us with. When you know the truth, you pray right! When you know this truth, you spend more time thanking God than making it seem as though God is stingy and you have to pray and pray before He can hear! Many people are selfish in what they call prayers, it is just about them and them alone but prayer times should mean something more bigger than that!
:
God is your father, you are free to talk to God regarding any issue in your life, you are free to cry out your heart to Him! But God has provided a means anyway and one of the things God does in the place of prayer is to bring peace to your mind, this peace is already in your Spirit and He can bring to your remembrance ideas that He has deposited in you! You must however go out on your way and begin to implement those things!
:
There is not a single place in the New Testament where the Church gathered and started praying for money! There is not a single place in the New Testament where the leaders started telling them they’d be rich in two months and all of that! Paul would ask them to work for their earnings (Ephesians 4:28)! James would ask them to put their faith to work (James 2:14-26)! Peter would ask them to do good works (1 Peter 2:1)! You are the one to bring into reality what God has given to you! Spending all the time in Church doesn’t solve any of those problems! You are meant to go out in the field and make it! Then you come to the local assembly and also give to those who are in the need! Church meetings should not be turned into a time to express our quest for wealth, it should be sincerely a place where we learn Christ and allow the character of Christ be formed in us!
:
Don’t let anyone deceive you into thinking that the “Business Breakthrough” program you had in Church is enough to make you a success in the field! No amount of prayer for “Greater Release” will make money abound if that is all you do! It will be a mockery to God if that is how we believe it works because unbelievers don’t go through those process to make it! There is no gold that comes refined, there is no crude oil that comes refined! You must drill and mine, you must leave your comfort zone and be shameless in the work field! To be frank, there was a time I was very ashamed to go out in the field and start tilling the ground, I just wanted to stay full time in the ministry and I thought maybe I would be distracted with other things! Well, I realized being full time in ministry had nothing to do with taking up a job and doing something! I became shameless, closed ears to lots of “what ifs” and went out into the field with my farm tools and started digging the ground! It was another opportunity to still do ministry without having to be much a burden to others financially at least until they learn and decide by themselves to be very instrumental to my material needs! Paul did the same when he came to certain believers to minister to them for sometime! He didn’t become a burden to them but rather decided to be shameless and work! There was no report that it stopped him from ministry.
:
Your gold may be your talent or skill, it may be an opportunity that has come to you and you’re still wondering if you should go ahead or not! It may be an idea that came to you but you fill you have to wait till you’re rich enough to start big! You have to start digging with what you have, start now, not tomorrow! Digging isn’t easy, but when you find that gold, you find compensation for all those hard times. Go ahead to a vocational school and learn a skill, this is how to dig! Maybe you got a job that doesn’t pay so much but a manageable amount and people are telling you “you shouldn’t work for someone, start your own business, be your own boss!” if you truly needed that job, don’t listen to them, go ahead and start from there! It may not be what you want in the long run but it may be the right platform to start from! Whatever it is, make sure you are digging as you trust God that you’ll find the gold He has deposited and will prosper the work of your hands!
:
If you don’t dig that gold, it will remain hidden! It will be there but will be very unused and believe me, God will not be happy that you never found them to use! Maybe you have diggedt yours, then go ahead and refine them! Don’t let people talk you out of it, believe me, some religious persons will make you feel you are missing it because you are out in the field just to refine your gold and not being in Church building all round the clock! Don’t listen to what people think, don’t let anyone discourage you from working out your success! God wants you to be successful all round! As much as you don’t let anything distract you from your services to Jesus, don’t also let anything make you feel God doesn’t want you to enjoy life and hasn’t make provisions available for it! Believe it and work according to what you believe! Mine and refine that gold now!
:
I’ve got an amazing news for you!
God didn’t bring you to this earth and left you all by yourself, He is still right there with you (Hebrews 13:5). While some other persons might have seem to do it well without acknowledging God but God wants you to do it better and easier and so you need not fear any failure! The Bible says you can do all things through Christ who gives you strength (Phillipians 4:13)! God wants you to go ahead and do it, while you depend on Him, He wouldn’t do it just like that! He will give you strength through Christ to do it but you are the one to do it! For the things that seems beyond you, trust God and give Him the go ahead order to take over the wheels! As long as you keep trusting God, you will keep tapping from the strength He supplies. You may actually loose a shot but trust God, He doesn’t loose a single shot! Now, in the strength of Christ, go dig that gold and get it refined!
