You Are Not Alone

Thanks to Barbie, One of her stories inspired me to write this.

We often come to the end of the road where all hope is lost, where doors seem closed and where the next option is to bury ourselves alive. But wait a minute… Do you believe in the impossible?

There has been situations where we are so tempted to reject Jesus and disbelieve every story about him. It is like the situation of Job whom his wife asked to curse God and die! Job went through shame, sickness, loss and poverty. It is a harder thing to experience poverty after experiencing wealth! Job went through hell and believe me, no one has seen sufferings as close to this in our time.

There has been times suicide seem to be the best option, there has been time ignoring Jesus and living our lives our way seem to be the best option and there are times we may wait and wait for God and it seem he is just nowhere.

It is in such situation that God want us to trust him more. God isn’t happy when we cry, our tears touches his heart and he is passionate about us. Psalm 8:4 makes it clearer. God is so mindful of us at all point.

You may not be healed immediately, you may not see those challenges disappear in a blink, you may not see things work out quickly but always know that God wants you to be successful. Sometimes God  allows us to experience all those storms of life so that when the best come we will appreciate it more.

You may not feel God around you, you may not sense his presence. Well, you don’t need to feel it, you just need to know it. You just need to believe that God loves you and that he will make all things work for your good.

“Just as a father has compassion on his children, So the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him. For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust.” Psalm 103:13-14

It doesn’t even matter if you die. What a gain it is to depart this earth and be with God. Don’t take your life… Let God decide when that happens. But as long as you are here on earth, don’t let the thoughts of suffering get at you. Always know that Jesus loves you not just to the moon but to the heavens. Hear him:

“And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:20
